The Movement Co-Creation with you!

Every Tuesday from 19.30 – 21.00 we create and celebrate our desire for movement together.

The Movement playground consists of Aerial -Pole, -Hammock and -Hoop. The Aerial Pole is a pole suspended from the ceiling that can be made to swing and spin. In the Aerial Hammock you can hang in a cloth formed into a loop, twist in, button in and unbutton. Brain activation mode! The Hoop is a hanging hoop, also called a lyre, in which you can try out different figures and movement dynamics.
