The sweat lodge is a traditional ritual that honors the ancestral lineage of our ancestors. The invocation of the four cardinal points helps you to arrive. The ceremony has a purifying effect on the body. Incense is burned and infusions of water make the skin sweat. The sacred space of the sweat lodge carries the symbolic power of the womb of Mother Earth. Fire, the masculine energy, transforms desires into smoke and allows them to rise into the universe. By being in touch with nature, you can feel spiritual relief.
The experience of being connected to everything is a spiritual gift of the great mystery.
