Elem is passionate about creating playful and sensual spaces in which a diversity of emotions and needs can unfold. She sees exchange and play as a way to learn new things and strengthen the community. These principles are intertwined with her expertise in various forms of aerial acrobatics that she has been combining in the weekly Flyground format since the summer of 2022. Once a month, it transitions from the air to the ground for gentle and active stretching sessions.
Her approach is characterized by a wide range of dance styles, acrobatics, judo, yoga, stretching and pole dance. Additionally, she has completed a degree in Fine Arts.
